In order to effectively coordinate the regional EELA project with the Member States and to provide regional support to national actions, a regional coordination platform was established at the sustainable energy centres, EACREEE and SACREEE, and Regional Technical Committees were established, and national EELA Focal Points in all 21 countries were appointed.
The EELA Focal Points are the link between the regional project and the national stakeholders and ensure project interventions are aligned with their respective countries’ needs.
