The Energy Efficient Lighting and Appliances (EELA) project aims to enhance access to sustainable energy and reduce the negative impacts of the energy system in the East African Community (EAC) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) regions. To achieve this, EELA is fostering the development of dynamic markets for energy-efficient lighting and appliances in these areas.
