Ndivhuho Tshikovhi

Ndivhuho Tshikovhi possesses over a decade of experience in academia, having held various roles across multiple countries, including Lecturer, Curriculum Developer, Research Assistant/Fellow, and Project Manager. In June 2022, he joined the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where his academic background and involvement in international diplomacy—particularly with platforms such as the G20, G7, BRICS, African Union, and the World Economic Forum—aligned seamlessly with UNIDO’s mission of “Progress by Innovation.”
At UNIDO, he works on the development and implementation of large-scale technical cooperation projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders. Their core competencies include drafting comprehensive project proposals, designing theories of change, constructing logical frameworks based on a results-based management (RBM) approach, and formulating detailed, outcome-oriented plans aligned with specified financial frameworks.
