Theresa Grader is a Junior Expert in the Just Energy Transition Unit at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where she supports the implementation of projects focused on sustainable energy and industrial decarbonization. Prior to joining UNIDO in 2023, she worked with organizations at the intersection of human rights, climate and resource justice, and climate adaptation. She holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology with a specialization in environmental issues.
