<p class="rtejustify">Lina Kelpsaite is a Senior Associate at CLASP. She has been with the organization for nearly three years supporting and leading policy compliance work in Africa and Southeast Asia. Through her work, she has provided technical assistance to the policymakers in designing and strengthening the national and regional compliance programs, conducted studies and shared best practice. Under Energy Efficient Lighting and Appliances (EELA) project, Lina is engaged in the development of regional compliance frameworks for the EAC and SADC regions.</p>
<p class="rtejustify">Before joining CLASP, Lina was an energy analyst at U. S. Army National Guard, where she assisted State energy managers in strengthening their energy programs--focusing on improving energy conservation and security at the installations. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Minnesota, USA.</p>
