<p class="rtejustify">Yohane Mukabe has a Bachelor of Science (honours) Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Renewable Energy Systems and Technology. He has over twenty years’ experience in the energy sector.</p>
<p class="rtejustify">He is the author of a paper entitled “Dynamic Pricing for the Zambia Electricity Market”. For the last fifteen years, he has been involved in the development and implementation of regulatory and technical instruments for the Zambian Electricity Supply Industry. He currently implementing the EU funded Project on Enhancement of a Sustainable Regional Energy Market in Eastern Africa, Southern Africa and Indian Ocean Region.</p>
